"Genuinely one of the best massages I've had in my life. Was so grateful they could fit me in on short notice. Absolutely worth every penny! Can't wait to return!"

"AWFUL EXPERIENCE I’m reviewing this place deliberately after few weeks of my visit as I didn’t want to make it obvious to the people running the place. I visited this place few weeks ago for a relaxing massage after intense few weeks at work. I asked for a 1 hour relaxing massage worth £50. The lady who started my massage was polite and well experienced. I felt I made the right decision to come here after finding it on Google. After only 10 minutes, the door for our room opened and the lady at the reception (who is apparently the doctor too) entered the room and started talking to my therapist in Chinese. I felt extremely uncomfortable as it was highly unprofessional of her to enter the room where a treatment is ongoing with a client. She continued talking to the therapist and after 5 minutes she left, soon after that, someone else entered the room and I realised that it was a change of therapist so therapist who started my massage went to another client and a second therapist took over within 15 minutes. None of them made me aware of this or even asked me if I was okay with this. The receptionist also entered the room again. I deliberately made a point to her that where is the lady who started my massage, just to make her realise that I am aware that someone else has taken over. She said oh yes, we have another treatment so she’s gone as we are very busy so I have new therapist for you now. I was not happy about it but there was no point of having an argument at this point. The receptionist came to our room for almost 6,7 times throughout my massage and kept having a conversation with therapist in Chinese. After around half an hour, the receptionist entered the room again and took over from the second therapist who apparently left the room. Again, they did it quietly thinking I won’t realise but I did and questioned the receptionist again, she said therapist will be back in few minutes and will continue my massage. No reason was given. During the massage, the main lady (receptionist/doctor) told me to get acupuncture and cupping as I suffered from knee pain. I told her that I’ve never got acupuncture done so I’m not sure therefore I will leave it for now. However, she brought the cupping equipment and applied that even though I was reluctant for that too. I then had to pay for another £10. By this time, I had already made up my mind that I would not come to this place again and will not recommend it to anyone. No matter how good the therapist was, there was absolutely no care about client’s privacy and dignity. I decided to speak to the lady at reception who kept entering the room for many time but then I realised that there’s no point. It was going to be a struggle for me to make her understand as the language barrier was there. As I made the payment, she then advised me to take a package including half and hour massage, half an hour acupuncture and half an hour cupping to help with me knee pain. The package was worth £360, a one off payment. She said it’s cheaper to buy the package then coming for one treatment at a time. I don’t doubt that at all. I said thanks for making me aware and I’ll think about it but she started insisting on buying the package to the point I started feeling forced to hit the package as she literally argued about it for 4 times, to the point I had to say that I can not afford paying £360 just like that. I still believe the massage therapists are really good and experienced but the way this place is managed by the lady at reception is disgraceful. My overall experience was absolutely awful making me feel extremely uncomfortable throughout as the lady kept entering the room during my treatment leaving the door opened. One thing is for sure, I will not recommend this place to females who care about their dignity and privacy as I do."

"I did acupuncture and some of the needles were paintful, I told it to the lady and she didn't bother to answer back or to do something about that. The only questions answered were about other treatments. I did acupuncture in Wimbledon and I know they must not be paintful. I couldn't pay be card, the POS didn't work and I didn't receive a receipt. Very poor customer service and treatment."

"Very poor customer service. Very rude. I went this evening for ear candling. It was my first time of ever having this treatment done. The lady was rude, she was on the phone talking while she ordered me to ‘give money now’ then continued to talk on the phone the whole way through my treatment. When finished, she walked out and left me in the room to find my own way out. Then didn’t thank me or say good bye. Very poor, very rude. Such a shame as had such high hopes for a nearby holistic place to go too.I’ll never go back."
