"Went for a gender scan at 16 weeks , I was there for 30 minutes she said she wanted to have more clear photos to print and to show me the baby boy bit . I didn’t see the scan because I planned a gender reveal party and wanted to find out during the party . She was certain of the outcome even the pictures she took can’t mistake them . When I went to my NHS 20 weeks scan they said it’s a girl . I called them To tell them about scan result , the lady said we are certain of our result because I am now seeing your scan pictures and I I wanted an other scan I have to pay £60 again . Now I gave birth to a baby girl . All what I prepared for a boy had to get rid of them . I don’t recommend for a gender scan ."

"We were running late to the appointment and called to check if we still should come. We were lost and couldn’t find the place. We were on phone with them constantly, We were told to still come and that they are ok with us being late as we called and they still had time to see us. We came and were turned down at the reception! Absolutely horrible customer stoner service. Doctor didn’t even came out to speak to us. We were with 20 months old toddler, plus pregnant and came for gender reveal scan! Special day for us all. The company ruined it for us. We called 3-4 times to check that they still will see us. On arrival they told us that they won’t see us and we are more than welcome to wait for 4 hours until next available slot! Considering our appointment was max 15 mins long. Do not tell customer to come so you can turned them down at the reception. Avoid Wimbledon brunch! We would highly recommend west London brunch. We never had issues there and professionalism of the doctors and customer service is amazing!"

"Very poor service specifically for the 3D/4D scan I would not recommend anyone book this scan with this clinic. We had a very disappointing experience and when we sent feedback with the low quality images they simply replied they believe it is the fetal position not their fault. Well that's why they are paid to provide high quality images not take a stand of blame on the fetal position."
