"Very pleased with all aspects of our new kitchen from Brooklands Interiors. We had originally visited the usual retail park kitchen businesses and whilst some of the designs would have been ok for us the level of pre sale was awful, and the prospect of trying to resolve an issue after sale meant this was a non starter for us. Visited Brooklands and met with Artur who understood exactly what I wanted and was able to supply it. Within a couple of hours on that initial, unscheduled visit, we had spec'd the kitchen units, layout, worktops, utility room, media unit, mirrored splashback, 66 sq mtrs of floor tiles. Sarah picked up from there and along with Artur finalised the spec of appliances, finalised pricing, delivery schedules etc etc. All the way through the process the communication was fantastic. Delivery & installation went pretty much as planned. I had to delay by a week or so as my builders were later than expected, but this was routinely accommodated by Artur. We had delivery issues from one of the big appliance brands related to the availability of components that many tech businesses seem to be experiencing. Sarah went out of her way to find the required appliances from a different supplier so that we could complete the install on time. Installation was done mainly by Pablo who did a great job. When unpacking the kitchen units there were a couple of minor defects/omissions which he dealt with and resolved with no input from me. We are so pleased with the end result and Brooklands interiors were a pleasure to do business with. We could never have achieved this from the any of the retail park brands. We may have paid a little more at Brooklands but the level of service, quality of product, and ease of dealing with was very very easy to justify."
