"Richard did a design to replace our kitchen in the autumn of 2021 and worked with the fitter to ensure that the design was implemented to our satisfaction. He listened and took on board our requirements very well from the start and came up with a solution which was innovative and made the best use of the space available. There were a few unexpected obstacles to overcome, which no one could have anticipated, when the original kitchen was removed, but Richard put in extra work mid fitting to alter the design at virtually no extra cost and ensure that solutions were found to our satisfaction.
