"This is a lovely shop but the buying experience could have been enhanced far more had the two female members of staff been more friendly and welcoming. An injection of personality might not go a miss and although we saw other items of interest, we would not return to the shop based on the overall poor buying experience and the lack of interest provided by both female staff working in the shop at the time ."
