"The manager here Nat is very unprofessional, she was very insensitive to my autistic friend as he struggles to explain himself properly, I’m really unhappy about how rude she was to him and how she treated him. This is very unfair and she shouldn’t treat vulnerable people like this. He was very embarrassed and does not want to return to this store again, Nat is supposed to be the manager she should have some better training on how to deal with disabled customers and be kind to all."

"Huge range of products but they hide it all from view. You're only allowed to see pictures of them in a catalogue instead. Kind of like Amazon in shop form, but with a more limited range. You can at least pick things up there and then though - especially if you reserve it online before heading to store."
