I needed a full set of new school uniform when my children moved schools in the middle of a pandemic due to a house move. Nothing was too much trouble for Rachel - I had to swap several items to get the sizing right and she just took away the clothes we couldn't use and dropped off replacements, issuing very prompt refunds.
