"No staff serving on the till… AGAIN!!! Told a member of staff who was in shop that there was a large line at the till. He mumbled “They’ll have to wait”. I’m happy to walk out and not pay, if you don’t want to take my money. Very disappointed in the lack of staff on."

"Never had any problems at this store other than a period of dysfunctional self cash outs. Staff always friendly and helpful, some clearance bargains useful at sensible discounts. I was taken aback that the cashier handed over a fistfull of free plastic carrier bags to a lady in front of me, very annoying since personally I go all the way to avoid using any, so what's the point when people do this?"

"the co op on washway road is very well stocked for a convenience story.the staff are always helpful.the availability of stock is usually at a high standard and the shop is always clean from my experience.good location on the main road near a bus stop.there is parking at the front of the store but this is limited as it's shared with a few other shops."
