Very friendly and attentive staff who are well versed in wine and offer spot on advice, even if you're there to buy one or two bottles. Free tastings are always on offer and great for exploring new wines you have not tried before. Has a free "Winify" service where you try a series of different wines to find your taste profile and help you find wine matches."

"Generally good but are aggressive on the upselling and taste test offers ect. I don't drink so I need to go somewhere the staff know what's up and this definitely fits that criteria but seriously don't like being told to buy six bottles when I only need two for a couple of quid off."
