"Problems with FedEx in delivering - it was also impossible to contact them. Then found a third of the order had got broken in transit. They agreed to take the remnants back for a refund, but I only received the refund weeks after they'd received the order back and I threatened them with a chargeback via my cord company."

"Total shower of a company as is FedEx their courier. Stay well clear of them both. They get your order wrong. Continually tell you it's coming the next day and it doesn't. FedEx break it and then try to claim it was delivered intact with no problems. This is just hassle after hassle. Order now and you might just get your order for next xmas. If I could have given them no stars I would have. Avoid."
