"Absolutely rubbish I'm a ebay seller I've had a few buyers have their products delivered here and the shop have refused to take delivery everytime resulting in the buyer getting frustrated and just wanting a refund as rhe parcel is returned to seller. Absolutely rubbish definitely avoid at all costs"
"Ordered an item from eBay to this 'click and collect' hub. I have photo evidence that it arrived via the courier but they lost it and I literally had to look through the parcels myself. No refund. Just "contact ebay" but ebay wouldn't grant a refund because they also have proof of delivery."
