"This is the first time I need to write a review. I grabbed a bag of crisp and walked out of the shop. before I realized I hadn't paid for it, the campus security approached me. If the salesman just called me I would get back with respect and apologies. instead, he called security and this tough security guy ruined 2 of my days. In short, I would say staff is unfriendly and arrogant. That's what thieves do, but I wouldn't risk my visa and phd for £2. anyway, price is not cost-cutting at all. They misuse being inside the university and the fact that students might need something to eat on campus."
