"As soon as I walked into the shop, I was hit by the a pungent smell. I’m not sure what it was. I understand that this is an off license but still it would go a long way if the staff kept the shop clean to some extent. The person at the till talked to me quite dismissively, listening to me then asking another customer to come infront when I had been waiting. Their machine was broken and the cashier almost arrogantly told me to print my own label when the whole point of coming to this shop was beacuse they had a label printer. So avoid this off license if you can"

"all was well till they hired this new man who sits at the till. he is rude and has no manners whatsoever about customer services. i hope they get rid of him. the other staff are all fine and have been here for years. this guy is just hopeless! 5 stars for the rest of them, 0 stars for this rude guy!"
