"Ash, the owner of this Pharmacy reduced me to tears and humiliated me today. I had phoned the day before my booked Covid booster and been assured I could have the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine. When I asked for Pfizer he was abusive, arrogant and shouted at me. I was too upset to even talk. I went to Walton Hospital instead where I was treated with respect. A completely different experience."
