"Rude staff, unprofessional and data protection is literally zero. Forcing me to disclose personal information to get a my Flu jab when had proof from NHS that I was eligible. The doctors also confirmed that this was the case. That I was not required to disclose personal information. Hannah did not provide good customer service on 18/10/22. And my children have been failed by them on previous occasions and out of date medication. Managed to get booked in straight away at another provider without any issue."

"Don't want to give one star to this pharmacy run by such rude staff. I was at my sister's house (Mrs Foreman already mentioned in a review) when she returned on Friday after being treated so badly. Clearly patient confidentiality went right out of the window along with good manners from the members of staff on duty. My sister was so upset and angry I drove her to Boots in Gainsborough who were so efficient and polite. I don't rate the "apology" given by the owner who doesn't appear that bothered."
