"I usually click and collect out of the desire to save my time, I've been doing this for at least a year, lately by the time I get home I've realized that I'm missing products, today I had again collection from Tesco Ponders End again and I said to check the products that I had already bought and paid for (order online) and to my astonishment almost half of the products were missing, I called the door no one answered and I went to customer service, the lady there called someone and I was told to wait for someone to come, I waited a few minutes and to my amazement the person who had delivered my shopping came with three other baskets with my missing products! products worth about 60 pounds! Check the shopping cart, check the products received at clik and collect!"

"This Tesco has really gone down hill. There is no pride, the store is a mess and lacking in a lot of products. For weeks there has been no puppy food, there was hardly any tights and most of the labels were left, the boys section is a shambles, half the tags were missing. Even the live hair dye was pretty empty. There’s no staff around to help on the shop floors unless they are doing the online shopping- especially upstairs! For a big store you can’t get a lot anymore!!!!"
