"I went walked up the ramp and nearly twisted my ankle as there are no railings on the sides. I explained to a lady member of staff who half listened and then just chatted to someone else. Then she told her colleague and he told me that I should use my eyes and look properly to which I responded stop being sarcastic anyone can fall to which he said its not that big a deal. I then spoke to the other person who I thought was the owner and he said work is being done and railings will be installed. I told him to either put boxes there now or move the rack closer to close up the falling space. He seemed to have I cant be bothered attitude. I told him if an old person falls and breaks their bones then they will be in trouble. The staff or if he is the owner is not bothered. They have still not made any attempt to at least put boxes or warning signs to close the space. The staff come across as arrogant and rude. I won't shop there. The old staff were much better."
