"Terrible customer service. Our home delivery was scheduled for Saturday. Its is now monday and no word or confirmation from Iceland about why our delivery hasn't arrived. Spoke to numerous people who have told us that it should be on its way and still nothing. Won't be doing online shopping with Iceland again."

"Really bad experience with the delivery man named Ray… he rang the bell and throw all my shop on the stairs and walked off with no words. The store manager was very helpful and refund all my damage and unwanted items that I didn’t order. Very disappointed with the delivery handout I will not order again and if I do I will call the store requesting to not have this Ray man again. Shame I can’t add the pictures on the state he left my order."
