"My daughter bought a toy from this store and did not realise the handle was broken. The Sardar at the til refused to exchange the toy and blamed it on the child. It was hard plastic and easily broken. Very arrogant and rude people in this shop. Please ADVOID."

"I wish I read the reviews before walking into this place. Father & Son are very sly. They sell out of date items and its overpriced. Harrow council should be closing them down. I have heard many being ripped off with their prices. The father and son are the rudest people I have met. A lot of items where there is no price will be decided just by looking at your face. The son is very very rude and I am not surprised his dad had to take him on as no other business would employ him. Foul language and terrible. Please save your money and go elsewhere!!!!"

"Overpriced and out of dated items. I bought 6 items and 5 were out of dated. Went to return and they argued that customer needs to check the date. I reported to the council as its clear breach of consumer rights. The father and son duos are impossible to deal with. They frequently use foul and threatening language. The shop is full of out of dated items. Playing with peoples health."

"Since the change of ownership this shop has gone nothing but downhill. Generally overpriced but especially during religious festival time. My husband went to buy two bags of mogo today being Janmashtami and come back having paid £4 a bag! He purchased the, unaware of how ripped off he was getting. Previously the price for same item was under £2. Sent him back for a refund which was at first denied and after much conversation just about given. I understand prices for smaller retailers may be a bit higher, especially during this Covid pandemic but please don’t take us for mugs. I’ve had my rant but fuming at not only the prices in this shop but the dismal service."
