"No interest in helping. Totally rude and just a bit stupid if I’m honest, has no idea what they are doing and a complete miracle they are even in business."

"This shop used to be okay in terms of service and help but now they are trying to fully support the local community I hope they continue this great service"

"Staff have absolutely zero interest in helping you. Took a Yodel parcel in a few weeks back with a scannable barcode. Was told it wasn't the right label, but wasn't given any information as to why or what different type of barcode I needed. Visited again this evening with (I know for a fact) the correct scanning label and was told they don't accept parcels on a Sunday because they don't have a collection? Never known a store to be so unhelpful and difficult. Use Ridgeway News or Check-Us Food and Wine which are both local, and both infinitely more helpful and friendly."

"Place is dirty. They won’t except Evri returns on Sundays. There is no information regarding this anywhere so I wasted my time dropping it off."

"Went there yesterday saw milk and dairy products left out. Asked them why to which they replied fridge broke. Next day they put things in broken fridge and was still selling it. So wrong as it could cause food poisoning for those who did not realise it’s broken."
