"Manager was clearly having a bad morning. Decided to serve the customer infront of me, then the customer behind me and then attempted to serve a 3rd when i pointed out i had been waiting a while which customer 1 reinforced, to which i was given a barrage of attitude and told it was my fault when i did what anyone would do in any store....queue patiently, remain polite and pay no problem but apparently the staff here aren't trained well in customer services considering most of them speak in a foreign language whenever you ask something like " how much is this ?"."

"Gov allowed public toilets but they "don't have" customer there and pregnant they just could not have a bit of kindness and consideration to allow me. Not yo mention rude and intended to charge me twice for some pastries. Never ever will I step there!"

"Deliveroo disappointment. I ordered a £16 pizza meal deal from M&S with a few essentials extra for a total of £19.85. Just before the order was dispatched the App notified me the one item was unavailable. It was the main item. Yet the store still dispatched the remaining items. No chance to cancel. No option to modify the order. How utterly useless! Whoever packed the bag needs to reconsider the meaning of service."
