"Disappointed when turned up today to find a sign saying we are only taking phone orders , and when speaking to them on phone has been since pandemic started last year , though many other businesses are back open and would of happy to of worn a mask. I used to love this place as you could go in and take a bolt nut or screw and they would come back with the same exact match not like shops where they are all in boxes or packets and you can really see to measure up or know the exact size . Businesses want your support these days but this isn’t helpful for people who need to go in and speak to the person at the counter directly"

"I went to this shop recently to be confronted with a sign internet orders and pre-arranged collections only....?? Completely wasted trip as no mention of this policy on their website? When I queried this with I presume the owner he simply said he had not had time to update the website and that I should have called the shop to check first? No apology and wrong attitude in my opinion. Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere because this business clearly values it's customers."
