"What can you say they sell pretty much everything and keep most of it in stock if not it can be ordered. Usually great price but they will price match if a physical store, item is in stock and store within 10 miles. Staff in this store very helpful and friendly"

"Nice new Screwfix here. It's very easy to get to with lots of easy parking out front. They also have one of those green unit things for click and collect. Staff here are very friendly, i was served by Luke who was happy to serve me and seems to actually care about his job and want to look after customers"

"Helpful and friendly staff, even though it was a busy Saturday my order was processed promptly and staff were still smiling. Perhaps computer systems could be updated to help staff help customers, one item was out of stock when asked if there was an alternative this seemed to bewilder the assistant, he didn't even have a page number on his screen and had to randomly thumb through pages of the catalogue until I picked one up and looked in the index to tell him the page. Had to return the next day for an exchange and was served by a less experienced staff member who didn't seem as friendly but with the help of his supervisor the transaction was dealt with well and swiftly. Overall a good experience."
