"Driver showed no respect for neighboring properties. Ignored notice at start of road telling drivers of long vehicles they need to reverse up the road. He had to leave road and start again, holding up traffic considerably. Removed our warning canes that were there to protect our grass verge. Did considerable damage to our turf. Replaced canes and left as if nothing had gone wrong. Customer services showed no concern, and did not ring back despite a promise to do so. The delivery was for house across the road. I shall certainly not deal with this company or recommend them to anyone."
