"Tired of saying are all my meds their asking for each item only to find things missing. Pharmacist Asian Gentleman, was unpleasant about my service dog being in the shop. Then rude on the phone because he didn't know the system ... to find a script that was their 3 days ago. Not happy."

"Although the pharmacy advertises that the Sunday opening hours are from 7 am until 5 pm this doesn’t seem to be the case. I walked down at 07.20am this morning and the shop was closed. If you’re advertising the suggested times and not following them then I would suggest you change your website to correct any future wasted visits."

"Long Street, Atherstone Pharmacy has been very professional and helpful this weekend in guiding me to call 111 to deal with my having run out of certain prescription for my heart. Being totally at a loss with feeling poorly and unsure due to the wrong diet I was eating. The 'wrong diet' was realised when I asked the resident pharmacist for guidance about pinky/red blotches, (from childhood memory traces ) I mentioned my fish diet and he recognised at once my wrong diet with the information of my prescription list of late."
