"Quite possibly the worst managed chemist that I've ever come across. For years all my family and friends have used this establishment either for products, of the shelf medication and such, but mostly for our repeat prescriptions. Since having new managers and staff they have managed to mess up every single repeat, not just mine but my partners too and a growing number of friends, people we talk too. Once, well anyone can make a mistake.. But every time? Now they say I have received my medication and I still haven't had all of last months, thank God I had a small amount extra, otherwise I would be in serious trouble. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

"Not very good service at all. Ever since the new staff have took over it's gone down hill. I ordered my tablets on Thursday and when I came Tuesday to collect they were not bagged up ready. The staff were looking for them in the back room and didn't even have all of them so had to come back the next day. Appalling service. Prices are not great either. When there's a deal on it hardly ever comes off and you have to check your receipt to make sure. Staff are rude and not willing to help too!"

"appauling service.....never again. Dropped a prescription off on friday, told drugs not in, collect saturday......we were away so called in late Tuesday.....oh they're not here......no what you meant was...you didn't order them. chemist didn't even have the decency to show her face and apologise, left that to an underling. My doctors surgery stepped up to the mark and had the tablets in my hand half a day later........BOTH USE SAME SUPPLIER!!! DON'T LIE TO CUSTOMERS, MAKES YOU LOOK SILLY WHEN YOU GET FOUND OUT! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE....WE WILL!"
