Our rental agent is Michelle, she is very kind and supportive. It is especially hard to work with foreigners, most of agencies rejected us by this reason. But she was patient with us through all this process and answered on all questions which we had. We immediately felt calm, because we can count on her in everything. She made all this process easy for us and took all the hardest parts on herself. We are very grateful to Michelle and Frank Innes for giving us this possibility to rent a house. We still receive help and support from them even after we signed our contracts. We write to her with any questions and she explains everything, so we, foreigners, can understand all our next steps.
