"Anyone who has given this place a 5* review has obviously never stayed here or had a family member stay here. The staff are rude & abusive to those living there, there is no supervision whatsoever of what’s happening in the building, there’s more drink drugs & fighting in there than there is in the pubs. And staff will pin it on & press charges against the person they don’t like whilst letting others get away with alsorts. They don’t care about anyone’s wellbeing or mental health & do everything they can to make their mental health worse. There’s absolutely No support from staff with anything atall, not even for those under 18 with disabilities in need of support. Absolutely shocking, people are better off on the streets than in here!"
"This business houses under 21s in need of medium to long term shelter, this in NOT on a open door policy, but are able to advise on a number of issues andcan point people in need in the right direction, mostly good staff and residents, I have only dealt with this business in a professional manner so can not comment from a residents view point."
"Ymca is making money out of schemes to get people off the streets, at the expense of the neighbourhood these people are placed 4 people to a cheap terraced house and then left with no support or hel"
