"I initially went to remove my BIAB nails but as per the advice given by them, I had them redone as stated my nails were weak so they would break easily; which I understood. However, the quality of the work and the professionalism was poor and disappointing. The area around my cuticles and nail bed was sore as it was cut whilst filing. The nail surface was left uneven, there was product left on the edge of my skin and each nail was a different length and uneven shape. When I expressed my concerns during the appointment, I was told that they would fix it all at the end however, it was not. I was there for almost 2 and a half hours and the result was bad. I was however, not charged as the quality of work was poor."

"I love Nail Bar London! They always spend the time needed to get my nails done. I love my nail designs so I always go in with some sort of design I want and I will walk out satisfied with the result. They themselves (technicians) are quite the perfectionists so if they don’t feel it looks right they will wipe and redo which I appreciate massively. Henna, the owner, is lovely she is always willing to answer the questions I might have and gives me sound advice if I’m not sure on what colour to use! I would strongly recommend them!"
