"Absolutely disgusting service and treatment. Paid £35+ for a wax treatment which can only be described as torture. Had adverse reaction the following day and when I contacted the salon, they ended up acting like I was lying, arguing with me, telling me manager is too busy to reach out to me and then hung up the phone. Things can go wrong but to think this is how they treat customers when things mess up?? Save yourself the hassle and go someplace where they value customer service and aftercare."
