"What's going on with the lights?? In the last week I've been in the Ellesmere Port branch and the Chester branch. Poles apart! Chester has full lights on and heating! Ellesmere Port literally only HALF the lights on and feels like no heating. WHY? Can someone explain? It makes for a very poor shopping experience!"

"Had a full English breakfast. It was very nice. It was not greasy at all, but unfortunately, the toast was a bit anaemic and cut diagonally which didn't help with my sausage and bacon butty. Did a small shop after which was fine. Self service checkout used as the other tills had queues."
"Just back from a dull and dismal shopping experience in the Ellesmere Port branch. Clearly saving an abundance on lighting!. Every other ceiling light fitting is no longer lit....if the fixtures aligned with the row that's lit, it wouldn't be quite so bad, but they don't! Add that to the fridge lights that have been removed and lack of staff to help reach items too far back on top shelves, all add up to a very poor shopping trip. Come on Morrisons, get a grip, and let us see what we're buying!!"
"The foyer have a fantastic flower display and even have very helpful in house trained florists to make up bouquets while you shop, the flowers are fresh and great value for money, I always get my flowers at morrisons they last ages."
