"I asked for a beard trim/shape-up, not hard. The reaction was quite negative to that request. The guy with tattoos on his left arm did my beard and did a poor job. I had to go over my beard myself. He didn't like that I asked for my change to be returned to me too and gave me a funny stare as I left. I won't be returning."

"I've been cutting my boys hair at home after a bad experience, but thought we'd try a barbers again. Well after today looks like we will have to continue doing it ourselves as I've had to come home and fix this absolute mess. No blending at all and chunks everywhere. Tried to hide it with a blow dry knowing full well was awful. Rude and poor English."

"I was not happy with my haircut here. I asked for only my short back and sides hair to be trimmed, but the barber went over and also cut some of my long hair making it look untidy. He also argued with his employee whilst cutting. I was also charged extra for a skin fade which he did but I did not ask for. I then had to go home and ask a family member to fix the parting. I will not be going back in the future."
