"Love my nails here BUT whenever I call no one ever answers and when they do its such confusion... I just think they lack customer service completely and it must ruin everything for them. I'm now so frustrated and annoyed by the lack of customer care and service I'm going to try my nails in the another high street shop. I would recommend the girl who does nails but she is very quiet and doesn't speak to you or offer a drink, but I guess it's the language barrier, not worth it for the lack of service and frustration. I get my nails done for self care and I just feel too stressed dealing with this salon."
