"made an appointment with james for 4.30pm - arrived at 4.20pm - he was cutting some ones hair and told me that somebody had made a double booking. i told him that i had spoken to him on the telephone. he suggested that i make it another day or come back later. very unprofessional and will take my money elsewhere. went up the road to toni & guy who luckily had a vacancy and make a nice job of my hair. linda hoad"
