The reason I keep going back is they always do a good job.. understand my hair, most importantly listen ! and when I have thought about going off piste ( which isn’t often ) they have been completely honest with me as to what can and can’t be achieved due to my individual hair type…over years you kinda become friends, but this is also because they have always been professional/honest and considerate to me as a client.. never ever attempted to sell me something I don’t need or encourage me to do something that I would likely regret ( even in my off piste moments ) . In short, as my hairdressers they have looked after me. What more can you ask for ? I have complete trust in them as my hairdressers. 5/5 x"
