I’ve come here for balayage, makeup and hair extensions, the whole lot. Even got my bridal hair up and makeup from here with all my family and friends. The atmosphere was top quality - customers and stylists together felt like a community and the furniture was so relaxing to sit in! I felt right at home. "Awful! Please do not go here!!!!!! Where do I begin. Firstly, I had only been seen 3 hours later than my appointment time. Then they left the bleach in my hair for about an hour and half. The bleach leaked through the foils leaving my hair blotchy blonde. When all dried, the hilights at my roots were a completly different colour to the rest of my hair! When I contacted the salon I did not even get an apology .. let alone a refund. Their excuse was 'we were busy'. Sorry but being busy does not mean you can damage some ones hair and let them leave the salon like that. Dont over book next time and her some training!!!!"

"Worst salon i have been yet. I got keratin treatment and it was totally waste of money. My hair after first wash was worst than before. When i went there they convinced me for the treatment and then for there NASHI SHAMPOO. Which is absolute rubbish as their staff is. They don’t even know how to deal. Messy child haircut i had from them . They are lier. I waste £100 with them and i feel like as just straight my hair with syraightner and after wash its the same again or even worst. On the top of that they burnt my hair. Absolute rubbish. Never ever going there again."
