"Made an appointment after reading all the great reviews. Asked for the most senior stylist, given an appointment at 9.30 on a Saturday! Got there and was very excited…… explained how my hair is very tick, how I had not so great experience with my hair being cut like a mushroom, how it needs a different way of cutting so you can’t see the scissors trail after. Perfect ! Of course I know what you mean was the response. I left with a hair cut that was not great, thought I should wash it and style it as it maybe different. Found few strands that had to cut myself! Very poor haircut, looks like a 5 years old took the scissors for the first time to cut her doll’s hair!!! I am so disappointed! Have to wait for a few months with this mushroom cut before I can try my luck! What a waste of money and Saturday morning this was. I"
