"My hairdresser of many years , was unable to do my hair which of course sent me into panic, finding a good Hairdresser who can do Afro Hair well is not easy , I checked many reviews, Passion Hair Boutique looked good ,so I went for it Well they did not disappoint Everybody who walks through the door is given a warm welcome whether they have an appointment or are just passing by Gernet is the boss and runs everything incredibly well , she is helped by Nicole who is very good as well , due to their efficiency they are able to do more than one customer, using timers to make sure the next stage is completed on time , it is very impressive to watch and the results outstanding, despite being incredibly busy , cups of tea etc are offered in between, chat is lively and entertaining in the Salon so time goes fast and you feel that you are at an fabulous Social event which is in fact the case. If you are really looking for a top quality Hairdresser whether you have Afro or European hair then this is the place to be ,you will not be disappointed xx"

"What can I say, the worst experience I've had at a hair salon. I arrived for my appointment on time at 12.30 for relaxer and weave, the hairdresser relaxed and washed my hair straight away. All felt as though it was going well. Until she left me to work on other clients until 15:45. I waiting over 2.5hrs for her to restart my hair. She asked one of the junior stylists to make a start after realising my frustration (2hrs later), this stylist seemed to have no idea what she was doing (for example, I had 3 bundles of hair ranging from 12, 14 and 16 inch - I knew there was going to be a problem when she asked me which should go at the bottom and which at the top). Realising that this wasn't going to work the boss took over. I had one request, do not cut any of the pieces of hair as I would want to reuse it. I have come to take out my hair to find that there are over 5 cut pieces of hair, rendering the hair useless and unreasonable. After the poor service I was offered a very poor discount - even though I had been in the salon from 12.30-18.30, 2.5 of those hours being waiting time. I am now also appalled to see that my request hasn't been met and I have now wasted even more money on in reusable hair. The boss of the salon was really lovely and apologetic whilst at the salon and the salon itself is nice but I would not reccomend this place for a sew in. As the boss seemed to be the only one that knew what she was doing and she was going between clients."

"First time visiting the salon yesterday and what an amazing experience! They were able to accommodate me when an earlier appointment became available. Upon entry, they checked my temperature digitally and I was quickly seen to. My hair hadn’t been detangled and I avoid doing this thoroughly as I find my 4C hair to be difficult. It was no problem for them and I felt 0 pain! The wash itself was heavenly and the chairs were very comfortable. Very friendly and accommodating staff and the salon was clean with some music for ambience. My blow dry was carried out with care - I don’t use heat typically as I’ve had heat damage at the hands of other stylists before. There is a cash point just 20 secs walk away from the salon or you could send them a bank transfer / book online via Treatwell. I am in desperate need of a trim and treatment so I WILL be back! Oh and on top of that it is a BLACK OWNED salon! Top notch customer service and experience and my scalp feels amazing! Thank you ladies ❤️"

"The hairdresser who runs the shops is very knowledgeable about hair and gave me lots of advice on how to take care of my hair, she also did a fantastic job doing my cainrows. The customer service in the salon is excellent and they stay true to their values which is making sure the customer is happy and I definitely was. This is now where I go to get my hair plaited."
