"I went there and got a perm done. Took 4 hours they over charged £130 , the perm didn't stay in and went frizzy and matted even tho I followed thier guidance. So I went back they cut it again and layered and washed it , layering wasn't even level and even it was all over the place a month later I asked for a refund and they refused it was was extremely rude over the phone"

"Don’t go there if you have curly hair. Don’t go there if you want layers. I went to get layers in my hair and the lady cut it unevenly and wayyyyy too short. And it looks really choppy from the back even though I told her not too short. Over priced aswell 35 pounds was too much for a hair cut. I also got sick because the lady cutting my hair was sick"
