"Worst experience of my life. Went in with very long natural hair. I asked her for a subtle bayalage and a cut. This is how i came out. She doesn't know what a bayalage means. She bleached 3 quarters of my hair in a straight line. She chopped off my hair and left it very uneven. I paid in good faith and asked her to fix. I went twice to discuss what i want with her. Whatever i was asking she kept saying that it's not possible and the only option is to dye the bleached part a dark blond or back to my natural color. She charged me £120 to ruin my hair. I had it beautifully fixed somewhere else,which set me back £137. After having it fixed,i went and showed her what a bayalage and a cut is supposed to look like and asked her to refund me.She refused,motivating that she "wasted" her time on me. With the amount and the lenght of my hair, a bayalage takes about 4 hours. She was finished in 1 hour and 15 min. Save your hair and your money and go somewhere else."
