"I had booked an appointment with Salon 13 based on their Google reviews . I had always been previously to a big named Salon in Epsom but my last visit there about 6 months ago was not quite as good and I felt that the salon was now too money orientated and not customer based so I decided to try somewhere new and I was not disappointed. I booked an appointment with Tracey for a restyle appointment as I wanted to try a different style for a change and she was so welcoming and made me feel at ease immediately. The Salon is beautifully decorated inside and out and the coffee and posh biscuit was a lovely touch . Tracey took the time to chat with me about what I wanted and what she thought would suit me best for my hair , throughout the hair cut she showed me what she was cutting off length wise to make sure I was happy . I can honestly say that I had a lovely time at the salon and can highly recommend it to anyone thinking of booking . I will definitely be going back and shall absolutely book again with Tracey . Thanks so much Salon 13 for a brilliant experience 5 stars from me ."

"I love this salon, it’s always so beautifully decorated with flowers, makes it a pleasure to visit. The owner Andrew is extremely nice and very professional. All the staff are so polite and helpful, the salon is always so clean, it’s a happy environment. Taylor does my hair, she’s very good with colour and has taken me to shades of blonde I never thought possible. I would highly recommend this salon to everyone of any age, you’ll always feel welcomed as well as receiving a fantastic service."
