"I've been going there for years now and wouldn't change. They have 2 salons, one in West Byfleet and another at Bourne Valley Garden Centre in New Haw, both run by the lovely Gitte. The staff are welcoming, skilled and knowledgeable, and in these current trying times they all obey the Covid 19 rules in regards to temperature check on entry, mask wearing and hand sanitizer. Of course the bonus is it's always nice to have a complimentary tea/coffee/wine/beer while you're under the scissors!!"

"Since I moved to the area I chose this place, I loved the lady who was looking after my highlights and hair cuts, until she left. The first time I tried someone else in that place she burnt my hair badly (she was a senior). I understand that things like that happens and did not take to heart and decided to go once more (months later once my hair was more recovered). I decided to have my haired coloured so will risk the damage done by bleaching to the minimum, but oh boy, I ended up with absolutely burn green hair and the senior stylist who advised the girl who was doing my hair said "this is what you wanted!" while I was crying there with my hair roasted in musky green. At the end I paid just £50 because I got a discount!!!!!!!!!!! I PAID FOR THE DAMAGE OF MY HAIR!. The owner of the salon was there, while I was crying with my ruined hair she just kept doing her stuff around. I must advice to people to be careful. The " seniors" don't have the knowledge because they couldn't even think in the colour wheel to fix my hair. Be aware and careful."
