"Really disappointing experience, with highlights that ended up stripey and the opposite of what I wanted. Terrible customer service when I brought it to their attention, being made to feel like it was my fault. The only suggestion to make up for it was for the same colourist to apply a toner, with zero empathy for why I wouldn't trust using her again! The attitude and customer service means I won't be using them again."
"I did not feel I had enough highlights put in. When I explained I wasn’t happy, my hairdresser said “I don’t do the brassy look, if yellow is what you want, maybe you should stand in a room full of smokers.” Another hairdresser offered more highlights.
