"Pharmacy staff move in slow motion. Like 5 of them sat on their phones not even acknowledging the line of people waiting. Bad customer service. Got ignored when asking questions. Not helpful. Don’t go if you don’t have 40+ mins to waste stood watching them doss around."
"I recently visited this pharmacy and was disappointed by the customer service provided by the staff. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional in their manner of speaking. Instead of offering help or assistance, they simply ignore the customers and usually ask them to come back another day when you visit the pharmacy after 4:30 or 5 pm. This was incredibly frustrating and unhelpful, especially when you need to get the medication urgently. I was disappointed by the lack of care and attention provided by the pharmacy staff, and would not recommend this pharmacy to others."
"Pharmacy staff are SO rude. They do not speak nicely or professionally. Don't offer any advice or help if they don't have your medication and always try telling you it's your own fault. Rarely answer the phone and IF they do after about 20 attempts they are rude and also just hang up on you if they're busy or don't know what to say! Would give 0 if i could. Main store is rubbish also as they never get any new stock. They mostly only ever have one person on the till and so there does seem to be queues quite a lot"
