"So I’ve just come out of Ross Poole and had a cry in my car. I am honestly so upset and feel they’ve completely ruined my eyebrows. I clearly asked for them to be cleaned NOT shaped, however she’s given me pencil thin arched brows that I did not ask for. I have never had my brows thin before, they were always thick. I will never come back again and advise against getting your brows done here. I am expecting them to respond to this and somehow suggest I am lying or I wasn’t clear enough with what I wanted, which is not true! To add to this, the skin on my face is burnt, extremely sore, and it is peeling and scabbing after having a wax. This is likely to leave permanent scarring, it has been 5 days and I still have open wounds on my face. I have been using wax for the past 10 years and have NEVER experienced this before. I have already discussed this with my solicitor and will be taking legal action."
