"The skill of the nail technicians is ok but the main reason I won’t be back is the awful attitude of the staff including the manager/ owner. They didn’t have a record of my appointment, then they didn’t have the colour I spent ages choosing, then they became rude when I said they used a different colour last time. They were adamant I was wrong until they realised they’d made a mistake. Not an ounce of niceness just dirty looks & grunting. Then they charged me extra for something I didn’t ask for. Horrible experience horrible people, not at ounce of customer service won’t be back."

"Worst experience ever! That was my second time coming there and I already regret it I gave it a second go! I did my pedicure which was decent, the only good thing about it was the foot massage. I was about to make manicure as well but when I felt how painful it was (to the point I was little bit pulling my fingers away!) I’ve decided only to take out my previous shellac and leave it. They were not gentle at all and when I was pulling my fingers they’ve pulled it back forward! Best part-at the end I was charged 55£ for only removing shellac from my hands and pedicure-ridicilous…Definitely not coming back…"

I also got given a quick hand massage afterwards which was really nice as well. The price was really reasonable too. The salon has such a friendly environment and I'll definitely be coming back again x"
