"I went there for a microneedling sessions to improve my skin condition, I was unsure at first as I am not a fan of the idea that you put needles all over my face. Also, you wouldn't expect a beauty clinic in that location. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The procedure didn't hurt at all, staff were friendly, the treatment room was small but bright and clean. One day later, I have 0 redness and my skin feels so smooth and refreshed, it's unreal. I think I might do that more often."

"My daughter had her hair hacked to pieces at this salon on Saturday, cost £42 (rip off for kids haircut) and they have just cut chunks out of her hair. Have had to go to another hair salon, who was appalled at the mess they made and I had to fork out more money. Now she has had to have it shorter than she wanted to fix the mistakes Roop made. AVOID"
