"Near impossible to get an appointment, unhelpful staff on the telephone. Given directions for booking appointments by Doctors that are then not followed up on. Looking for a new surgery"

"Had an appointment at the surgery pre-booked. Made me wait 40 mins to be seen by a doctor. Disgraceful wait time others also frustrated waiting to be seen. Terrible service, this surgery needs to make serious changes and can’t use COVID as an excuse anymore. Surprised they haven’t been struck off the amount of complaints they must be getting."

"Absolutely ridiculous customer service experience ever! I have been trying to get in touch with this team whiles recovering from Covid a few days ago. I have been at home/work and it seems like nobody is interested in picking up phones. What a disaster and a absolute waste of time. All I wanted was a sick note due to Covid but I honestly got 0 response from anyone and got told to wait numerous times on the phone."

"Good luck with seeing a doctor with this surgery. You call at 8am only to be waiting in line for 40 minutes to be then told all the appointments are taken. The receptionists are nice and helpful, hence the 1 star, but there must be another way to see a doctor."

"Genuinely believe this place is run by sadomasochists, they don’t care about people whatsoever, not the receptionists or the practise nurses, I would include the doctors but I can’t remember the last time I saw an actual doctor here. To book an appointment, you have to phone up at 8.00am, for an appointment the following week, and you can only successfully do this if you get through before 8.10am. Yes you have to get through within 10 minutes, otherwise it’s phone up again the next day. When you do get to see a practise nurse (or a doctor if one happens to be there) it’s a very quick 10 minute check over, after waiting nearly 15 minutes from your appointment time. If you have to keep returning because an ongoing problem isn’t getting any better you won’t be seeing the same “medical professional” every time you go, someone who is familiar with you and your illness but instead a different person every time. From what I can see there must be around 12 doctors offices in that surgery and the waiting room is never full or even close to it, plus the surgery is shared with people from Allerton, you would think it would be busier than the BRI but it never is and yet always acts like it is"
