"Extremely poor service. Lost out on a home due to lack of communication from Estate agents. Was in the process of getting a deposit put down for a home, but there were apparently issues with the company that had come reccomended by them which was causing delays in the payment going through. Unfortunately, because Hicks Hadley were extremely slow to pass this information onto me, the person selling the property ended up relisting their home and the only option I was given was to try and make a new bid. Rep I spoke to was very arrogant and tried to claim they had given me all the relevant information, but stopped replying to my e-mails the moment I showed the complete e-mail chain that showed no warnings prior to the day they called to inform me of the property being relisted."
