"I enquired about a house and was told my name would be put on to a list due to there being maintenance work happening. I didn’t hear anything so I rang at a later date without mentioning my name only for them to tell me it’s available and viewings are already happening, for whatever reason this company chose to completely ignore my attempts for a viewing, and lied telling me there was maintenance being done on the property. when I told them my name once they said I could view the property the stuttering started (obviously realising they had chose to ignore me previous) they then told me they would call me back or email me to sort the viewing - shock I didn’t hear back, I didn’t expect much to be honest. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but being lied to is a no for me, as a manager myself I am shocked at the customer service from this company. I can safely say I would avoid any houses that would mean me dealing with this particular company as I’m extremely disappointed and will be advising friends and family to avoid also. IN REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE BELOW - suitable? Both in full time work and you have never met us? Also, you’ve just admitted both times I spoke on the phone you did lie as you told me you would call me back to arrange a viewing after I rang to chase it up after hearing you were doing viewings - if you knew we ‘weren’t suitable’ why not explain this on the phone? Doesn’t look very good on your company lying to people does it?"
